This Cookie Policy explains how HOUSE OF NOTMADE STUDIO FZE LLC ("NOTMADE", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on uae.notmade.in (the "Store"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. They let the Store remember your choices and help us understand how the Store is used.

2. COOKIES THAT ARE STRICTLY NECESSARY

These are needed for the Store to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They:

  • Keep the products in your bag and your delivery details while you check out.
  • Keep you signed in to your account and protect the sign-in process.
  • Remember your language (English or Arabic).
  • Keep the Store secure and stop misuse.

3. PREFERENCE COOKIES

These remember choices that make the Store easier to use, such as your recent searches, the products you viewed recently and the size you chose last time. They stay on your device and are not used for advertising.

4. ANALYTICS COOKIES

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use the Store, for example which pages are visited and where visitors leave. This helps us improve the Store. The information is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.

5. ADVERTISING COOKIES

We use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising and to show relevant NOTMADE adverts on other websites and apps. These providers may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies.

6. HOW LONG COOKIES LAST

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Others stay on your device for a set period, up to one year for your language and preferences, or as set by the provider for analytics and advertising cookies.

7. MANAGING COOKIES

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Store, such as your bag, checkout and account, may not work. You can also limit personalised advertising in your Google and Meta account settings.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

9. CONTACT

Questions about cookies or your personal data: care@notmade.in, or message us on WhatsApp from the Contact us page.
